ADDITIONAL COSTS
You will be notified if there are additional costs for excursions or supplies. A materials list will be supplied if required.

CONCESSIONS AND EXEMPTIONS
Glen Park Community Centre may grant an exemption to the Student Services and Amenities fee of $1.00 where the student is in receipt of a government pension or where it considers that its collection in full would impose extreme hardship

REFUNDS
Upon completion of a withdrawal or deferment application, a student may make a written application for a refund of fees.  This refund will be proportional to the number of classes held at the time of withdrawal.
Please note that there is no refund on the payment of the annual student amenities fee.
