About Cafe on the Park

Cafe on the Park is a registered social enterprise and social trader. What does being a registered social enterprise mean? It means Cafe on the Park trades solely to respond to social issues, provide people with access to fresh affordable food and to provide opportunities for the community to access employment and training pathways.

Community programs such as Community Pantry and Community Meals provide a place for vulnerable members of the community to access fresh, healthy meals and food including fruit, vegetables, bread, meat, eggs and non-perishable and personal hygiene items. These programs exist to support Glen Park's mission where every person has access to food and also keeping with Cafe on the Park's registration as a Social Enterprise.

Cafe on the Park provides a training space for pre-accredited pathway programs such as Hungry4Success, Introduction to Hospitality, Barista Basics, GaP etc. Programs such as these provide heavily subsidised further education and employment opportunitiees for some of our most vulnerable learners within the community.

Cafe on the Park specialises in catering and we do out best to make every event a successful one. Naomi takes a great deal of pride in her food preparation and presentation with over 26 years of experience in the industry.

A large aspect of our community involvement is providing volunteer opportunties and work placements. If you are looking to contribute your time or would like information on any of the programs offered, please contact Office Administraion on (03) 9720 5097 or office@glenparkcc.com.au.
