Centre Facilities 2021

Glen Park offer a range of halls and rooms for hire to suit your needs, whether it's a work function, conference or just a special occasion. All our facilities come with a Whiteboard for your convenience. Our facilities also have split system cooling/heating for your comfort. Please note that Glen Park do not have any cooking facilities. For a full listing of prices, please refer to the "Venue Hire Information" towards the bottom of this page. To enquire about room and venue hire or catering, please contact the centre for more details on (03) 9720 5097 or email office@glenparkcc.com.au or download the application form below. A minimum of 7 days notice must be given prior to the date of your booking.

Please note that the maximum capacity of each room listed below is subject to change with the restrictions set in place by the Victorian State Government. Current restrictions include 1.5m social distancing requirements and this requirement is not reflected in the maximum capacity numbers below. Please contact Glen Park Community Centre to enquire about current room capacity restrictions.

Main Hall

Main Hall is situated in the main buidling with access to centre toilet facilities. Features heating and cooling. Main Hall has a wonderful atmosphere and is perfect for parties, functions, special occassions and work conferences.

  • Fits up to 80 guests comfortably.
  • Dimensions: 13m x 6m
  • Minimum Hours: (2) hours on weekdays; (5) hours on weekends.

Rosella Room

Our Rosella Room is also situated in the main building with direct access to the centre toilets.  It seats up to 30 guests with heating and cooling. The Rosella Room is the ideal set up for smaller functions.

  • Fits up to 30 guests comfortably.
  • Dimensions: 7m x 5m
  • Minimum Hours: (2) hours on weekdays; (5) hours on weekends.

Kemp Hall

Kemp Hall is a beautiful 'stand alone' building situated at the front of the Centre with access to public toilets.

  • Fits up to 40 guests comfortably.
  • Dimensions: 7m x 7m + Stage (elevated) 1.2m x 7m
  • Minimum Hours: (2) hours on weekdays; (5) hours on weekends.
